Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, including any symbolic wrapping or inserts.
Ritual items (for example., candles, oils, incense, lingerie, toys, etc.) may only be returned if unopened and unused, due to hygiene and energetic integrity.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect.

If your order included a gift or promotional item, it must be returned in its original condition.
If not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.
Partial returns of bundled sets may affect refund eligibility or value.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If a coupon was used, the refund will reflect the adjusted value after discount.
